Jovanna Brooks is a senior software engineer and website consultant who has worked with latest internet technologies, such as HTML, ASP, PHP, Flash, JavaScript, and Perl for the past 9 years. She holds both a Bachelors and a Masters degree in computer science from Brown University, where she worked with the graphics department and specialized in user interface design. She is also a certified Java Programmer and has published a paper on visual graph layout in an international conference. For the past four years, Jovanna has combined her technical and artistic skills to produce professional, creative and functionally intuitive sites as Valley Velocity.
